	Franchisees Are you interested in opening your own THE One Theatre (store) and becoming a member of our tribe, committed to our Core Purpose of Changing the World? Think about it… Like in any tribe, you have to agree with and live by certain rules and values in order to get along, to celebrate the ups, work through the downs and stick together through thick and thin. In our case, we call these our Core Values. We believe that parenting and leadership is about empathy. It's about having the ability to relate and connect with people in order to inspire and empower their lives. We call it People Power. This is the only way that people can live up to our Brand Promises of being Always Different and offering Affordable Luxury in Home Fashion. The future belongs to the brave, the passionate, the rebels, the innovators, the square pegs in round holes. Because let's be honest: Does the world really need another retailer? There is One difference though between a Tribe and Franchisees. You can't choose your tribe but we can choose our Franchisees. So if we've scared the living daylights out of you and you don't agree 100% with the above, don't even bother. We are looking for believers to help us write our story, to be with us on our journey and take a leap of faith into the unknown. If you're still interested, you should know that the investment required for joining the tribe will be entirely at your expense, as a Franchisee. Presently you will need anything between US$1,5 – 5 million, depending on the country, size and location of the Theatre. We are currently looking for Franchisees in every happy (or unhappy) country across the planet who can secure a strong market position and penetration in the given territory.
