The UAE's 4th Best Place to Work in 2013!

February 2013: For the third year running, THE One has been listed as one of the UAE’s top 10 employers, following the latest UAE workplace survey conducted by The Great Place to Work® Institute – a global research and management consultancy that recognizes the best workplaces in over 45 countries.

Based on the confidential feedback of our staff and an independent culture audit of our HR practices by the Institute, we have again moved up one position this year, beating heavyweight multinationals like DHL and Ericsson to the 4th spot, while remaining THE number One locally established company on the list. We are very proud of also being named one of the four Top Companies for both Women and Millennials (that’s young workers) in the UAE!
