Return & Exchange Policy
At THE One, we try to be as flexible as possible should you happen to develop a sudden dislike of your purchase or discover that you're not 100% satisfied with it for some reason. That's why we give you 14 days to return it (in its original packaging – obviously not applicable to furniture – and with your original receipt) and we'll happily exchange it or give you a credit note valid for a year.
Sadly, even our flexibility has its limits... Delivery and assembly charges are unfortunately non-refundable and some products may not be returned, such as flower arrangements, opened bed linen and curtains as well as unwrapped mattresses, duvets and pillows. Of course, if any product has a manufacturing defect, we will immediately fix or exchange it or give you a credit note or refund.
