DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
We offer a free 30-day storage facility for purchased products, after which a storage charge of AED30/KD2.5/BD3 per day or AED200/KD15/BD20 per week will apply. Storage charges must be paid in full at the store of purchase, before we will release the products for delivery.
We offer a free delivery and assembly service for selected furniture purchases exceeding AED2000/KD150/BD200,
while purchases below this amount will incur a delivery charge of AED200/KD15/BD20.
Every purchased bed will incur an assembly charge of AED100/KD8/BD10.
Delivery slots will only be confirmed once full payment has been received or once funds have cleared when paying by cheque.
Delivery slots can only be booked once a full delivery address has been received.
Deliveries will only be made within the country of the store.
Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address.
Deliveries to Sila, Ruwais, Gayathi, Liwa and Beda Zayed, will incur a delivery charge of AED500 for purchases under AED10,000.
Should we be unable to deliver due to any restrictions or for any other reason through no fault of our own, or should you cancel your delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no one’s home when our team arrives, a redelivery charge of AED200/KD15/BD20 will apply.

If you change your mind on products already delivered to you within the exchange and refund period, we will collect for a fee of AED200/KD15/BD20 within the central business district/immediate local area and a redelivery charge of AED500 will apply for any deliveries that are outside the central business district/far places.
We do not collect or dispose of old or unwanted furniture.
Due to building regulations we are unable to hang any lighting or wall-mount any product.
For products purchased for shipment outside the country; our Shipping Disclaimer will apply to be completed and signed by the purchaser/customer prior to collection of products by the purchaser/customer’s choice of shipping company. Responsibility of the purchased products will be handed over to the shipping company at our designated point of collection.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
At THE One, we try to be as flexible as possible should you discover that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we give you 14 days from the delivery date to return it to us (in its original packaging – not applicable to furniture – and with your original receipt) and we'll happily exchange it or give you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Delivery and assembly charges are unfortunately non-refundable and some products may not be returned, such as opened CDs, vinyl records, bed linen and curtains as well as unwrapped mattresses, duvets and pillows. For items SOLD as seen and assembled from display such as beds, dining tables etc. cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course, if any product has a manufacturing defect, we will immediately fix or exchange it or give you a refund. Purchases made from our Basics Brand can only be returned or exchanged (if applicable) at our Basics stores within the same country of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
