That's why we're pleased to offer our customers complimentary delivery and assembly services for selected purchases, allowing you to enjoy your new furnishings with ease and transform your homes with THE One Total Home Experience.
Once your payment has been processed, our team will work with you to confirm a convenient delivery slot. To finalise your booking, a complete delivery address will be required to ensure a smooth delivery. In case of unforeseen restrictions or last-minute rescheduling requests (less than 24 hours prior to delivery), a redelivery fee of AED 100 (within Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah city limits) or AED 200 (outside Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah city limits) may apply.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring your furniture is assembled to perfection, and that's why we're delighted to offer complimentary assembly for all orders! However, please note that due to building regulations, we are unfortunately unable to assemble and install lighting fixtures or wall-mount products.
For your convenience, we offer a complimentary 30-day storage facility for purchased products. However, after this period, storage charges of AED 30 per day or AED 200 per week will apply and these charges must be settled in full before the products can be released for delivery.
Should you need to return any items within the refund period, we offer a convenient collection service for AED 100 within Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah city limits (outside city limits an AED 200 fee applies). However, in keeping with our mission to help make the world a better place, please dispose of or donate old furniture responsibly, as we do not provide collection or disposal services for these items.
